A: Yes, we'd be happy to replace the item for you. Please follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds page, and we will get started on sending you a replacement item.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: At LED Depot, we have a 100% satisfaction gauantee - if you are not happy with your order, simply follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds page and we'll issue you a refund. We're happy to accept a return as long as the item is unopened. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We use DPD next day, so as long as you place your order before 12pm you will recieve your order next day.
