• We offer free shipping on all orders over £25.
• Any orders under £25 will incur a charge of £5.50

• We use DPD Next day tracked Service. If you order before 12pm Monday – Friday you will receive your order next day.

Return Information

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@leddepot.co.uk. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Q: I order the incorrect wattage - Can I exchange it?

A: Yes, we'd be happy to replace the item for you. Please follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds page, and we will get started on sending you a replacement item.

Q: What is your refund policy? 

A: At LED Depot, we have a 100% satisfaction gauantee - if you are not happy with your order, simply follow the instructions on our Returns & Refunds page and we'll issue you a refund. We're happy to accept a return as long as the item is unopened. The only exception to this is if the product is faulty. 

Q: How long does delivery take? 

A: We use DPD next day, so as long as you place your order before 12pm you will recieve your order next day.
